Client Care

Warranty

Every Starke timepiece is covered by a two-year international warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of delivery.

What is covered

  • The Swiss automatic movement and its timekeeping.
  • The case, crystal, dial and hands against manufacturing defects.
  • Hand-finishing of the constellation dial.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear, including scratches to the case, crystal or strap.
  • Damage from accident, misuse, or unauthorised service.
  • Water damage where the watch was exposed beyond its 50m rating, or worn in hot water, steam or while swimming.
  • The leather strap, which is a wearing part, though we are glad to supply replacements.

Making a claim

Write to contact@starkewatches.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange insured collection and assess the piece at the studio. Approved repairs are completed at no cost, including return shipping.

Servicing

A mechanical movement benefits from servicing every three to five years to keep it running true. After the warranty period we offer servicing at a fair, quoted cost. See Care for everyday guidance.
