Returns
A Starke piece is made for one night and no other. Because it is finished to your chosen date, it is created to order rather than held in stock.
Cancellation window
You may cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order, before hand-finishing begins. After that point the piece is in production and is final sale, as it cannot be remade for anyone else.
If something is not right
We want you to love what arrives. If your piece reaches you damaged in transit, or shows a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost. See the warranty for what is covered.
- Report any transit damage within 7 days of delivery, with photographs.
- Manufacturing defects are covered for two years under our international warranty.
- We arrange and insure all return shipping for approved claims.
