What is the return policy?
Each Starke timepiece is built to order with your specific celestial coordinates. Because the dial constellation is permanently customized to your birth moment, all sales are final once production begins.
We mitigate risk in three ways:
- You approve a digital star map render within 24 hours of submitting your commission form.
- We verify your time and location with you via email before processing your 50% deposit.
- If manufacturing defects occur, they are fully covered under our 2 year warranty.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes all Starke commissions are bespoke and non-refundable once production begins.
However, if we detect an error in the constellation mapping before engraving, we will contact you immediately for correction at no charge.
When will I get my order?
Your 4–6 week timeline begins upon receipt of your 50% deposit (not the form submission).
During this period, our Singapore atelier hand-assembles your Swiss automatic movement and engraves your personal star map.
You will receive photographic progress updates at week 4. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion, prior to shipment.
Where are your products manufactured?
We use Swiss-made automatic movements (Sellita calibers) paired with sapphire crystal and 316L surgical-grade steel.
Final assembly, dial engraving, and quality control occur in our Singapore atelier ensuring precision standards that meet Swiss chronometry while allowing us to offer bespoke constellation mapping at accessible luxury pricing.
How much does shipping cost?
Complimentary worldwide shipping via DHL Express with full insurance and signature confirmation.
Your watch arrives in a Starke presentation box with authenticity documentation and a personalized star chart print of your specific dial configuration.
What is covered under the 2-year warranty?
We cover mechanical failure of the Swiss movement, manufacturing defects in the case or crystal, and accuracy deviation exceeding COSC standards.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water ingress beyond 50m, or strap wear. After 2 years, we offer lifetime servicing at cost for original owners.
