Terms of Sale
These terms govern your purchase of a timepiece from Starke Watches Pte. Ltd. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. The seller
This site is operated by Starke Watches Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore. References to we, us and our mean Starke Watches Pte. Ltd.
2. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and include the watch as configured. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email and begin production. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, where a piece is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.
3. Made to order
Each piece is hand-finished to the date, place and time you choose, and is made only after your order is accepted. You may cancel within 48 hours of ordering for a full refund. After production begins, the piece is final sale, as set out in our Returns policy.
4. Shipping and risk
We ship worldwide by insured, tracked courier at no charge. Risk passes to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are your responsibility.
5. Warranty and liability
Each timepiece carries a two-year international warranty against manufacturing defects, as set out on our Warranty page. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the piece. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including designs, text, imagery and the constellation renderings, belongs to Starke Watches Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
