This website is operated by STARKE. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to STARKE. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Orders

All STARKE timepieces are made-to-order and crafted specifically for each customer. Once an order is placed, production begins promptly.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limitations.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in your local currency and are subject to change without notice. Full payment or deposit (depending on the selected purchase option) is required to initiate production.

4. Shipping

All orders are shipped via DHL Express, free of charge. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary depending on location.

STARKE is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations are subject to the following:

Pay Early (Full Payment): 50% refund upon cancellation
50% Deposit Scheme: Deposit is non-refundable

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be fully refunded.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, and text, is the property of STARKE and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STARKE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
