Return & Refund Policy

At STARKE, each timepiece is individually crafted to order, reflecting our commitment to precision, quality, and exclusivity.

Custom-Made Products

All STARKE watches are made-to-order. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed.


Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, customers must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, a replacement will be arranged promptly.


Order Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to the following terms:

  • Pay Early (Full Payment): 50% of the total payment will be refunded upon cancellation

  • 50% Deposit Scheme: Deposits are non-refundable

Once production has begun, orders are no longer eligible for full refunds.


Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders made by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor variations inherent to handcrafted products
