Purchase & Cancellation Policy

At STARKE, each timepiece is individually crafted to order, reflecting our commitment to precision and exclusivity.

Order Commitment

All purchases are considered custom orders and are initiated immediately upon confirmation. As such, cancellations are subject to the terms below.

Pay-in-Full (Pay Early) Orders

For orders placed under our Pay Early option, cancellations are permitted; however, only 50% of the total payment will be refunded. The remaining amount covers materials, production, and processing already underway.

50% Deposit Orders

For orders placed under our 50% deposit scheme, the deposit is non-refundable. Once production has begun, cancellations will not be eligible for any refund.

Policy Rationale

As each watch is made specifically for the customer, materials and production resources are allocated immediately upon order confirmation. This policy ensures the integrity of our production process and maintains the quality standards of every STARKE timepiece.
